Dear N. Bozorg; In the Gathas which are the inspired songs of Zarathushtra himself, there is no baptism. There is though an initiation ceremony involving the tying of the sacred girdle or Kushti Conversion was enjoined in the Gathas directly by Zarathushtra himself. But don't take my word for it. You can buy The Gathas Our Guide a translation of the sacred scriptures by Dr. Ali Jafarey at BksNbts@aol.com. Is only 15.00 plus handling. If you choose the Good Religion The Zarathushtian Assembly can help with your initiation contact them at www.zarthoshti.org If you need any help or information, please feel free to contact me by e-mail Yours in Asha Ronald Delavega Ushta Te
