Hello everyone. I found this site while doing a search on the Net. My search was in an effort to find an answer to a question. Perhaps someone here could shed some light.
I recently started reading Friedrich Nietzsche's 'Thus Spoke Zarathustra'. I was aware of the Zaroastrian religion and have been trying to figure out the link between Nietzsche and Zarathustra. Is his Zarathustra in fact the same one that the Zaroastrian religion is based on? Is Nietzsche's book based on his own philosophy. Please clarify and excuse my ignorance.
Also, has anyone had the chance to read any of Bapsi Sidhwa's books, a pakistani author who writes of experiences in growing up in a parsi family. I find her books very delightful and I am looking for one called 'The Crow Eaters'.
