Rod I think your criticism is rather out of time. Expecting Zarathustris of today to be exactly the same as they were 1700 years ago is, perhaps, overly optimistic. When Constantine was making his choice (between Mithraism and Chirsitianity btw) the Zrarthustris had not been subjected to permanent invasion, forced conversion and 1400 years of oppression in their homeland. The Muslim conquest of Iran doubtless changed much in the practitioners of this religion. This i can understand and sympathise with, even if I disagree with it.
